Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Dorman Funeral Home with Dr. David Harbur, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Orangefield, officiating. Interment will be in Autumn Oaks Memorial Park. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Teri Ann McClanahan, and brothers, John and Keith McClanahan.
Survivors include his wife, Linda McClanahan; sons, James Allen McClahanan and wife Donna Michelle, and Gary Wayne McClanahan, all of Orangefield; daughters Charlotte Teresa Waldrep and husband Ricky, and Cathy Ann McClanahan, both of Orangefield, Susan Marie Sportsman and husband Stoney of Bridge City, Mary Jane Cart of Vidor, Margaret Agnes Grimes and husband Clint of Bridge City, and Katherine McClanahan of Littleton, Colo.; brother Jimmy Dale Ganus of Wichita Falls, Texas; grandchildren, Minda Tousah, Samantha, Koby and Tabatha Grimes; Kristi and Brianna Cart; Slade and Mahala McClanahan; and Kenny and Chris Coonfield; great-grandson Elvis Coonfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry Dean McClanahan
Terry Dean McClanahan, 66, of Orangefield passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2004, at the V.A. Hospital in Houston. Born to Harry and Margaret Opal Colay McClanahan in LaJunata, Colorado, Terry was a retired carpenter and dry waller and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
