Phoenix Camp No. 32, Woodmen of the World, was organized in Orange in 1891. By 1915, the year this building was completed, the organization boasted a membership of 385. Lodge meetings were held on the second floor of this structure, while the first floor was rented to a variety of local businesses. Built at a cost of $2,800, the foursquare building features a simple mission revival parapet, hipped roof, and bracket-supported balcony. Recorded Texas Historic Landmark - 1993
